Pretty good week, all things considered

Yup, a pretty good week all things considered! Well it had a poor start but finished well - more on that in a moment.

Last week I had 4 (count them FOUR) sales for over $100 revenue. Hey that’s pretty exciting for me! Sales came from Topbucks, Sapphic Cash, Island Dollars and Netpond Cash. That means I’m going to paid out from almost every single one of my sponsors this pay period - you better BELIEVE I’m doing the happy dance! I’ve already learned not to spread my eggs across too many baskets - it really sucks if you have $20 sitting in a program with a minimum payout of $50 - and you’re just waiting for another sale….

The start to the week was poor though - I got my very first check from Cash Uncovered, and since it was a UK bank, my US bank wouldn’t cash it. They also accused me of being less-than-honest (quote: “It looks funny - it COULD be a fake”) which I did not appreciate… after one HECK of a verbal sparring match I left, uncashed check in hand, and told the folks at Beta Brigade my plight. They said, “Just contact Philip! He’ll fix you up!” Which, I am pleased to say, he DID - and FAST. I’m telling you right now, if you’re not in Cash Uncovered, consider it - they treat their webmasters like royalty. They made it right with me, even though it wasn’t their fault AND I’m certain it cost them $$ to do so, and all within 48 hours.. I’m telling you, you don’t get that sort of respect and appreciation in many other programs, for sure. So my first check is sitting in ePass right now, waiting for me to pay my bills tomorrow. Whoopee! Did I mention Cash Uncovered rocks??? (Try promoting Urban Candy - trust me!)

In any event, this was by far my best week to date. And I’m happy to say that I just passed my August figures - more clicks, more revenue and more EVERYTHING in September than in August. Note that we still have a week to go! Why am I so happy? because this is all blog traffic - no galleries here! - and because in August I had some Hun traffic - and I STILL did better in September. Go TEAM!

More later peeps! Ciao!
